Savory Leek and Goat Cheese Quiche

You could definitely say that I looove goat cheese. In salads, in pasta, in sauces, I'll take it on anything! This creamy Leek and Goat Cheese Quiche recipe from America's Test Kitchen was the perfect thing to bake on a recent rainy Sunday afternoon (and of course, I added extra goat cheese). It's also toddler friendly! I served for dinner with a simple mixed greens salad with raspberries and balsamic vinegar. This would also be a great brunch item you could make in advance. Did I mention it's also toddler friendly?!
